Rates VAT is included in the price by 25%. Shipping will be added to the price, see the "Shipping" below. For deliveries to countries and areas not covered by EU tax cooperation deducted the Swedish VAT from the price. Payment All products remain property of Garnlagret until full payment is made. Payment can be made with Visa / MasterCard / American Express credit cards safely and securely over the Internet immediately after ordering. Dispatch We are not responsible for any delays caused by shipping company. Shipping The shipping cost for an order are charged based on the weight, this happens automatically in the shop and the cost of shipping shown at checkout. Return policy You have the right to return undamaged and unused goods without giving any reason. Notice of this must be done as soon as possible but no later than fourteen (14) days from the receipt of such goods. (Not valid for special ordered items) We follow the Consumer Agency's recommendations, see: Konsumentverket.se Damaged Packages If you discover damage to the package, you should immediately notify the post office or other carrier and make a claim. You will be responsible for the shipping! If you discover the damage until you opened the package, and the injury is of a nature that it can be attributed to the item or the carrier's management, you should contact them and make a claim. If the dispute by mail or carrier can not be resolved, please contact us. Privacy Act Your personal information is handled in accordance with applicable provisions of the Personal Data Act (PDA). Unclaimed item Garnlagret will always record the IP number when purchasing. Other Garnlagret reserves the right to change prices, incorrect prices and final sales. Unless such is clearly incorrect, this may force the yarn layer to cancel the purchase and refund any amount paid in the best way. This can be performed at any time during the shop once the error is detected. The cause of faults to be clearly explained to the customer in connection with the purchase cancellation. Garnlagret reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, specifications and product offerings without prior notice. At any final sale to the given price or because the product has been discontinued, the Garnlagret right to cancel the purchase and refund any amount paid in the best way.
